The song "Time and Space" has been rewritten over a lengthy period of time, with the lyrics being the last part to be refined. We'll let the music and lyrics do the talking and allow you to come up with your own interpretation; but the generic concept is that of facing everyday issues in life and the internal desire and conflict between running from them or facing them.
Finally a big Thank you for listening and supporting our music- it really means a lot to us!

lyrics
Verse 1:
Michael take my hand,
Our Autumn's in bloom
There's so many things
We could say about you
But we know so many people
From North to the South
But I just can't get it right
Verse 2:
And they say,
Son you got 8 weeks left,
There's something in your head,
But I can't even tell you if you'll soon be dead,
Or paralysed from the waist down
Verse 3:
Wilybye you get to me
Everything I used to be
Comes crumbling out a slit in my body
Give me 10 more minutes to understand and rearrange.
Verse 4:
B and S [Belle and Sebastian], had CFS [Chronic Fatigue Syndrome],
Ian Curtis trouble with his head
Cat Stevens had TB
So why should this empower me
To carry on with my life
Chorus:
When I could run,
Why don't you just run away,
Through time and space I run
Why don't you just run away
Why don't you why don't you
Why don't you just run away
Through time and space
*Casual and moistening falsetto*
Verse 5:
Existence versus reality,
It would be so easy
To walk off this Eighth Floor balcony
Become nothing more
Than blood and gore
A puddle on the floor
Verse 6:
They give me,
Nothing more than CBT
To cure all the shit they've done to me
Verse 7:
My face feels like a rock
And I cannot speak the words I need to say
To numb my pain.
Verse 8:
So I live day to day,
Not week to week,
With little time,
To think, feel or speak
And constant fear wracking my ever running brain,
That's why I run
Chorus
Jazz guitar solo
Outro/ Verse 9:
Wilybye you get to me
Everything I used to be
Comes crumbling out a slit in my body
Existence versus reality
It would be so easy
To walk off this Eighth Floor balcony
And be nothing more
Than blood and gore
A puddle on the floor.
